After a declared disaster, UCSF will activate its Emergency Information Hotline as soon as possible. Recorded instructions and/or general information regarding the emergency, will be available on the Hotline.

The UCSF Emergency Preparedness Program under the direction of the Chief of Police, coordinates and implements programs and procedures to strengthen overall emergency preparedness and response by the UCSF campus community, and addresses campus emergency planning, immediate life-saving response to emergency situations, and priority actions following a disaster.
